1. Products & Authenticity

All products sold on BigBasket.pk are 100% original and sourced from authorised distributors. We guarantee authenticity on every order.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

3. Delivery

• Standard delivery: 2-4 business days to major cities; 4-7 days for remote areas
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 5-day return policy on unopened products in original condition. Opened products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
