Do you have original products?

Bigbasket is online store.Our office is located office no 29 MB Floor Zainb Tower Lahore Lahore, and you can visit during working hours (Whole weeks: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM) for order pickup or any products/service query.
What are the delivery charges?
Out nationwide delivery charges are Rs.200 and we offer free delivery on order value of Rs.4000 and above.
Do you deliver in countries other than pakistan?
Now currently we are deliver in Pakistan in future we will expend our business on other country.
How long do you take to deliver an order?
Out delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days or earlier.Please make sure that complete address and active mobile number in mentioned with the order to help the delivery on time(Incomplete information may cause delay in delivery).
How do i check the shipping status of my order?
You can check shipping status of your order to click on track your order link on website.
Delivery times same for all parts of the country?
The time varies from city to city e.g.;
- Lahore 1 to 2 days
- Islamabad 3 to 5 working days
- Karachi 3 to 5 working days.
